On February 28, reporters learned from Unionscience Technology Group Co., Ltd. that the first batch of 2,000 modules produced in cooperation with a domestic construction enterprise this year has been delivered recently. Currently, the production schedules for orders from both home and abroad have been arranged until the beginning of April.
In the Phase I production workshop of Unionscience Technology Group Co., Ltd., reporters saw the workers on the assembly line assembling chips and circuit boards. After several processes, a black module the size of a palm was assembled. Subsequently, these modules were sent to the re-inspection workshop for inspection... Yang Zhou, the manager of the manufacturing center, told reporters that this is the fifth-generation product of the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). This module can collect data from sensors, instruments, and other devices, control various industrial field devices. At the same time, it can also carry out remote rack expansion and interconnection with third-party devices, comprehensively covering the fields of process control and motion control, including logical control, sequential control, etc., and can optimize operational efficiency.
Yang Zhou introduced that currently, all three assembly lines in the workshop have been put into production, and two automated production lines are gradually being put into production. The daily output can reach 2,000 to 3,000 modules, and the annual output of modules can exceed one million. In the second half of last year, the production line was also equipped with an assembly line visual positioning laser marking machine and visual inspection equipment, which can better improve the re-inspection efficiency and inspection accuracy of products. Taking the visual inspection equipment as an example, previously, when re-inspecting products, workers could test about 20 PLC modules in one minute. After switching to the equipment for re-inspection, 60 to 100 modules can be tested in one minute.
"2024 was a year when the company made a breakthrough after long-term accumulation. More than 40 models of Programmable Logic Controller modules achieved mass production, and more than 40,000 sets of products entered the markets across the country and received positive feedback. In particular, the demand from customers in places such as Sichuan, Hunan, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Tianjin, and Fujian has been continuously increasing. Customers from more than a dozen countries including Turkey, Russia, and India have successively visited the company for inspection and tried out the products," said Yang Zhou. It is gratifying that new breakthroughs have been made in the research and development of new products this year. This year, the order situation has continued to be favorable, especially the demand from overseas markets has increased significantly, which will further promote the company's global market layout.
